Special Events

Both Home and Away tournament have Special Events. Some are included in the Tournament Entry Fee (typically Low Gross and Low Net) but most have an Entry Fee (usually between $5 and $20). Payouts are generally an equal portion of the total Pot for that Event. Some Special Events are Flighted and some are Field events. Your Flight for Special Events is determined by your playing handicap for the tournament and is set a few days before tournament starts.

Sign up for all Special Events when registering for a tournament. Included Events are pre-checked in the sign-up form. Optional Events must be selected before paying.

The Special Events chairman selects the Events for Home tournament. The Entertainment Chairman selects the Events for Away tournaments. New Events may be added at any time!

Skins Games

  • Net Minus Skins

Strokes allocated per hole based on your playing handicap for the tournament. The Minus part of the Skins is getting additional ½ stroke off with each gross par, birdie, eagle, or double eagle. E.g. - a birdie on a Par 4 hole with no stroke is a net 2.5; on a stroke hole the net would be 1.5.
  • Orange Ball Skins

Includes only holes played with the designated Orange Ball.
